weekend blur
%%blue%%rainy season is here%%. we soaked up the sunny morning yesterday in the creek behind our house. i wanted to catch some chicatanas (flying ants) to roast for salsa and tinctures (i make chicatana negronis with it) but they aren't ready to come out yet.
we went for fish burgers and cocktails in centro and then bought supplies to build/extend our outdoor kitchen roof.
today is sunday, so traditional lunch with the mother-in-law and then a weekend wrap-up cocktail.
another long work week this week, but hopefully less intense. %%green%%next weekend we celebrate my partner's birthday with a carne asada%%. exciting!
